Linda Sperber is
President of Sperber Hotel Group, a hotel sales
representation company. Starting her career at the Westin Century
Plaza Hotel (Century City, California), Sperber developed corporate
and leisure programs using promotions, entertainment, direct mail,
theater parties and client services. Additionally, Sperber worked in
the Regional office representing the 55 Westin Hotels throughout
North America, Hawaii and Asia. Her responsibilities were the
leisure and corporate markets
Sperber joined The Four Seasons Hotel of Beverly Hills, the first
Four Seasons in the Los Angeles area. An instrumental member of the
pre-opening team, Sperber developed successful corporate and leisure
accounts, surpassed departmental sales, booked over 3000 room nights
per month, and established and managed successful client incentive
programs to Hong Kong and London. Sperber was also responsible for
bringing the United States Presidential party to the hotel. This
continued a lengthy relationship with the United States Government
and the Secret Service that has enabled Sperber to book royalty,
political and diplomatic clients in each hotel she has
represented.
Upon her return to the Century Plaza Hotel and Towers, as
Director of Corporate Sales, Sperber doubled the booking pace by
using her client base of members of the entertainment community and
senior corporate executives from all over the United States and
Europe.
Sperber joined Merv Griffin's Beverly Hilton Hotel as Director of
Corporate Sales, and once again, achieved positive results. She
exceeded budgeted room nights and average rates.
Always dynamic, Sperber formed her own company to maximize her
experience, relationships and expertise. The Sperber Hotel
Group services exclusive and distinguished hotels throughout the
United States, Europe and Mexico. The Company makes personal calls
on corporate and leisure accounts, manages several direct mail
programs and customizes innovative promotional programs.
